CISFC Delegation Visited Peer Institutions and Insurance Groups in the UK and the Netherlands for International Exchange

From November 9 to 14, 2025, Wang Tong, CPC Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of the China Insurance Security Fund Co., Ltd. (CISFC), led a delegation of four key business executives to the UK and the Netherlands for international exchanges.

During their stay in the UK, the CISFC delegation held discussions with the legal team handling the risk resolution of Equitable Life in the UK, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), as well as professional companies Enstar and Chesnara, which specialize in acquiring property insurance and life insurance businesses respectively. The exchanges provided in-depth insights into the compensation standards for UK insurance consumers, the mechanisms of fund management, risk resolution tools in the insurance industry, and key legal issues involved.

In the Netherlands, the CISFC delegation engaged with Aegon Group and the Dutch Association of Insurers on topics such as risk management systems for insurance companies, cross-border equity management, the Netherlands’ risk resolution framework, and the resolution experience of Conservatrix.
