Since 2009, China Insurance Security Fund Co., Ltd. (CISFC) has participated in the resolution of risks of China United Insurance Holdings Co., Ltd. (CIC) in accordance with relevant guidelines of the State Council. With the approval of the competent authorities, CISFC transferred its 862 million shares in CIC to Fubon Life Insurance Company Limited on March 20, 2018. Upon this transfer, CISFC divests all its shares in CIC.
