In September 2010, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a document approving that CISF could enjoy related preferential policy for tax exemption. 

CISFC held a General Meeting of Shareholders of China Insurance  in August 2010 and elected directors to form the new Board of China Insurance. 

CISFC selected and appointed Bank of Communications as the custodian of entrusted assets in June 2010. 

Leaders of the Financial Stability Bureau of the People’s Bank of China visited and instructed CISFC by work in March 2010. 

Leaders of the Finance & Accounting Department of China Insurance Regulatory Commission visited and instructed CISFC by work in March 2010. 

CISFC held a meeting of the Board of Directors in March 2010, and adopted five proposals, including the 2010 Annual Work Plan. 

CISFC held the 2010 Annual Work Meeting in February 2010.
