CISFC held a meeting of the Board of Directors in November 2009, and adopted the Equity Transfer Agreement on New China Life Insurance. 

CISFC held a meeting of the Board of Directors in September 2009, and adopted the Interim Management Procedure for Entrusted assets. 

China Insurance Regulatory Commission issued the Interim Business Supervision Procedure for China Insurance Security Fund Co., Ltd. (B.J.T.F. [2009] No. 51) in July 2009. 

CISFC held a meeting of the Board of Directors in March 2009, and adopted four proposals, including the 2009 Annual Work Plan.
