i. An insurance company shall calculate its fund payable of previous year in accordance with the Measures for Administration of the Insurance Security Fund and other relevant provisions. Also, it can determine its annual fund payable or deductible based on the quarterly prepayment amount, correctly fill out the Application Form for Final Settlement and Payment of the Insurance Security Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Application Form") and pay its annual fund amount to CISFC. 

The legal representative, financial principal and person filling out the Application Form shall sign and affix their stamps to the Application Form, so as to guarantee authentic and complete data therein. 

ii. An insurance company shall submit the following materials to CISFC before April 15, each year: 

1. Paper text of the Application Form (in duplicate); 

2. Electronic text of the Application Form in Excel (mailed to bzjj@cisfund.com.cn);

3. Financial report and audit report of previous year. 

If an insurance company cannot submit these materials within the given period for any objective reason, it shall apply for the extension of such period to CISFC in a written form fifteen (15) days in advance, and the extension cannot exceed 25 days. 

iii. CISFC will review the Application Form within one (1) month upon receipt of such form, and send the Final Settlement and Payment Notice to the insurance company, notifying the insurance company of amount payable or deductible of the insurance security fund. 

When the final settlement and payment of the fund is made, the insurance company shall make up the deficit before May 31 of the next year if the prepayment amount is less than the amount payable. If the prepayment amount is more than the amount payable, the surplus (i.e., the amount deductible) shall be used to offset the prepayment of the second, or third or fourth quarter in turn. 

iv. The final settlement and payment amount of the insurance security fund shall be rounded to the nearest hundredth.
