i. An insurance company may pay its security fund via the PBC payment system, corporate online banking, letter/telegraphic transfer or through other methods. 

ii. When transferring the fund amount, an insurance company must indicate "PREPAY THE SECURITY FUND FOR THE X QUARTER OF XX YEAR", or "FUND SETTLEMENT AND PAYMENT OF THE SECURITY FUND OF XX YEAR" at the visible position of the voucher, so as to facilitate the accounting and reconciliation of CISFC. If an insurance company prepays its fund amount of the first quarter and pays up the fund amount of previous year, it must indicate "PREPAY THE SECURITY FUND OF RMBXX FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF XX YEAR", or " FUND SETTLEMENT AND PAYMENT OF THE SECURITY FUND OF RMBXX of XX YEAR" at the visible position of the voucher. 

iii. In case of filling out the voucher manually, the applicant shall fill out each column in regular script and guarantee clearly legible handwriting.
