i. CISFC shall have the right to disclose the list of insurance companies that refuse to pay or have long been defaulting on the payment on its website and request insurance companies pay the fund in time and in full.

    ii. For insurance companies that fail to pay the fund in time and in full or submit complete documents promptly, CISFC shall report the relevant details to the insurance regulatory authorities under the State Council.

    iii. CISFC may conduct on-site inspections of insurance companies on the accuracy of the fund payment, the reliability of the payment base and the authenticity of information and data reported based on the risk profile.
