On June 27, 2023,CISFC held the 2023 Q2 Investment Supervision Conference of the Insurance Security Fund.Portfolio overseers and liaison officers from 10 investment managers and custodian banks attended the Conference.

    The conference exchanged views on the investment supervision of different portfolios in Q2 and key aspects of work for the next step, provided a training session on the Investment Supervision Manual for Entrusted Assets Management, and had discussions on such risk control topics as the scope of investability.

    As stressed at the meeting, investment managers would carry out investment supervision of portfolios as per the following requirements in the next stage. First, subsequent investment supervision shall be conducted in strict accordance with the meeting minutes and the updated supervision manual. Second, priority shall be given to the investment supervision of liquidity portfolios, in an effort to ensure the smooth operation of such portfolios. Third, it is important to maintain good communication and cooperation.
