Mr. Wei Zhuyong, Deputy General Manager of CISFC headed a team and visited Beijing Financial Assets Exchange, Beijing Equity Exchange and Shanghai Insurance Exchange from April 21 to April 26, communicating with all willing institutions about the selection of exchange institution regarding the assignment of CISFC’ shares valuing RMB862 million. Other exchanges with which CISFC made communication include Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange and Chongqing United Equity Exchange.

At the meeting, CISFC listened to the serving intention of each exchange, and made broad communication about basic profile, comprehensive capacity, service experience and capabilities, trading procedure, etc. of each exchange institution, laying a solid foundation for CISFC to start the selection and engagement of exchange.
